mm. On a conversation-spun whim I was looking at FC's pages. One of these days I'll actually decide to go to a con far enough in advance to have some damn art in its show. Not this year; it's allll sold out. I don't think I'll ever manage to have a dealer's table, though. Competition for those is fierce and I can't see myself selling enough prints and badges and sketchbooks to make it worth it, not when I don't own any Prismacolor markers that aren't black.
And you even have to apply in advance these days to be in the Artist's Alley. Er, "Furry Market Place". That con's gotten big.
Maybe I should try showing some stuff at Arisia instead. Though rule #3 is kind of a sticking point for me.

Date: 2006-10-25 05:04 pm (UTC)I suspect our days in the Doubletree are numbered - the convention is just that large, and the hotel's current management have gotten really hostile to us freaks. Thankfully I'm not on the front lines of whatever's going on there.
