some kind of milestone
Aug. 8th, 2006 05:53 pmWell. Last month I did some art for an e-card involving some of the Warners stable. I'm told it passed through both AG's internal approval, and through Warners' licensor approval.
And today I have the start of another piece involving the Warners stable in my email.
Mixed feelings about participating in the continued zombification of these characters aside, I feel like this is a mark of pride: I'm getting paid to draw the WB stable. I have a lot of doubts about how well I can draw, in the technical manner demanded by animation, and the fact that I'm getting past WB approval with stuff I have some doubts about makes me feel a lot better about that.
Plus, money. I like money. Who doesn't?
