Just a few more card sketches. Mostly fiveish and swordsish.

5 of Swords.

5 of Wands, take 1.

5 of Wands, take 2. Each suit will have a character running through it; I'm still wavering on the genderfuckiness of this one.
6 of Swords. (The sixth is on her workbench, being experimented upon.)

7 of Swords.
5 of Cups.

10 of Cups. This is self-indulgent punning; six of the cups are her bra. The running character of Cups is the serpent-mother divinity seen in a couple earlier pieces this year.

I'm mostly using Crowley as the source for interpretations of the number cards - but the imagery is pure me. Hopefully this will result in me taking some of his obsessive nerdy research goodness without taking his assholishness as well.

Also, I got MA 15: The Devil about 3/4 done today. Dunno when it'll be finished. I've had the Fool partially done for a few days too.

I'd suggest picking up a second source as well. Crowley's interpretations are kinda... different in key spots.

Yeah. Some people swear by Crowley's versions, some swear at them. I'm taking enough liberties with my imagery that I could probably work from any interpretation and have something that felt right, but the more I have to work with the better.

Crowley did three versions of the Magician; some editions include all three. I plan to do three versions of the Fool. That probably tells you all you need to know about my attitude towards him. *grin*
