Hooray for pulling ahead of self-imposed limits - I'm about to go to sleep after finishing the pencils for three pages. Of course, one was set in Wormwood, while the other two were a double-page establishing spread in the Skylands - p. 22/23 probably took less time to draw than the first panel on p.1!

(And I finally drew out page 1. It's the next-to-last page set in Wormwood I'll have drawn.)

Things should get a little easier, overall, now. But only a little. Interiors in the Skylands are still pretty ornate, and so are the characters; Absinthe dives into a crowded party for a few pages, full of people in outlandish fashions. Still. After that one last Wormwood page, I don't have to think about buildings layered out into the distance. I don't have to think about arrays of windows.

Well done! I've found that having any kind of set goals helps me produce. I think it essential for anything that's to continuously come out. I'm just dying to see!

I'm just wondering if I'm going to dive into Illustrator with a similar goal once these are all done, or if I'm going to take a break. I suspect I may need one for a little while.

But yeah, having this daily page goal is helping a lot.
