unchaseable rainbows
Jul. 4th, 2007 12:53 pmI just saw the most beautiful halo around the sun.
I think it was one of these though it was a little more defined due to the particular clouds hovering between me and our local star, and the sun not actually being visible from where I was sitting.
Sometimes I think I ought to see the sky a lot more. There's a lot more up there than 'blue sky, white clouds'.

Basically that's where it has little outlying echos of the sun on the rim of the ring. They're really incredible.

Date: 2007-07-04 10:24 pm (UTC)I'm going to do something kinda umm umm martha stewart? (blush!) and think about painting our tabletops. Your style works great for large flat pieces of color. I would fuck and play with anything we worked out, and it is no use asking you to color it 'cus even if I could color match I'd probably want to fuck with that too. But I'd love to have your lack of outlines as a base (read force me to not be so damn linear) for me to riff off of. Up for it? I was thinking a sun and a moon, or mebbe dragonflies. Cliche for us, I know. But hell, its cliche FOR US.
Much love even if you tell me Hell NO.
