Me: "...Grant Morrison wrote episodes of Kids Next Door?"
Rik: "yeah. I mean, it was Grant Morrison for babies, you know?"
Me: "Did they have dubious revelations of a pseudo-magical nature?"
Rik: "Dubious revelations of a pseudo-magical nature... Weren't they a Hawkwind cover band in the mid-nieties?"

That surprises me just as much. Either dubious revelations or questioning the reality of the show itself. Or something.

I've only seen a couple of complete episodes, including one about some kind of moose disease that seemed a lot more Garth Ennis than Grant Morrison ...

I still say the Codpiece needs to show up as a villain on something. Morrison-era Doom Patrol is pure brilliance.

Codpiece was from Rachel Pollack's run on Doom Patrol, subsequent to Morrison's.

<Complete Doom Patrol geek> Actually that's the Brotherhood of Dada. </>

We can only hope that they show up on the Teen Titans cartoon since they're doing an arc with their predecessors, the Brotherhood of Evil. Too bad they haven't included Mr. Morden who becomes Mr. Nobody.
