So Ashy came over and watched the new episode of Doctor Who with me. It was kinda sad. But it was also kinda... silly. The last Dalek in the universe kills itself because it was touched by a girl. "Coo-ties! Coo-ties! COO-TIES! EX-TER-MIN-ATE! COO-TIES! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!"

I dunno. It takes a lot of chutzpah to kill off something as iconic to that show as the Daleks. Bet they'll be back, sooner or later

Then we somehow ended up in my bed, squinting at the little laptop and trying to make sense of Stalag 99. I'm not sure why. This sort of thing just happens.

I think everything would have been all right if only the Dalek had transplanted itself into a pink robot Hello Kitty suit.

Looks kinda like Shemales from space living in DC? hmm... reminds me to actually put web comics on my bookmarks so I can keep track of them.

I never keep up with webcomics. I just find myself boggled by them now and then.

Haw. :D

The human-DNA angle was silly. But I appreciated how much more depth the Dalek had. I'm used to them just wheeling about, yelling and getting blown up - this one schemed. It used actual tactics. And the fact of its existence was scary enough to back the Doctor into a corner morally. Nice.

And yeah, it's not the first time the Doctor's "killed off the last Dalek"...

Plus it could climb stairs.

Yeah, this one was nasty compared to the usual shock-trooper dullards - put a hat on the eye, they're useless.

A Dalek showed up in my dreams, too. Strange.

Did you start at book #0 or book #1? Things are !)*@#( confusing in book #0, and I apologize for that. That's why I started things back out in #1.

Ah, you were going backwards. Hit Book #1, Go, and then read forwards. If you hit book #1's intro and go backwards, you'll be in book #0.
