After a long day at Spümcø that was, somehow, far more annoying than it really should have been, I came home. And I made a large pizza. And I ate it all. Every last piece.

It's more than I normally eat. I was a pig, and I'd decided to be a pig. I've been a little worried that I'm slowly losing weight without trying to, lately; I have room for a little bit of overeating-to-mush-depression now and then! (As long as I don't make a habit of it.)

That and some strange perversion with my Evil Alt on Puzzlebox are making my mood better.

I didn't, but now I am again for a week or so to put together an animatic. Almost done with it, which is good, because my tolerance for Spümcø Antics seems to be falling rapidly.

Peg. Back at 24fps - just how we like her.

Just do what I did. Cut out soda (or whatever else you drink) and start drinking nothing but water. I lost like 10 pounds, and now I can pig out whenever I want without worrying about it. Sure water's boring at first, but after like a week of it, I started craving it.

Of course, I hear that women, in general, can't really lose weight that easily. But... *cough*.

Oh yes. I switched from straight Coke to Diet Coke, and my weight just started dropping. When I'm working, I just drink water all day - when unemployed I start feeling more slackful and tend to drink Diet Coke. Water's surprisingly refreshing once you get over it not being fizzy of sweet or anything, if it's not nasty tapwater full of rocket fuel run-off or something.

I've become a connoisseur of water lately. So much so that my body is probably 50% German or Italian by now. ;p

Tip: if you have a sweet tooth, Tazo cinnamon tea, steeped for a 1/2 hour, is comparable to a Coke.

Vittel.
Best water on the planet.
Bottled from a spring in the Vosges mountains (North of the Alps).

Much better than Evian (which is from the Alps).
I grew up on the stuff.
Damn hard to find in this town, unfortunately.
So I have to make do with Crystal Geyser water from Trader Joe's.
49cents for a magnum (1.5 liter) bottle, best deal in town!

Isn't bottled water just bottled tap water anyway?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

I use a Brita filter pitcher because it's much cheaper, and I know where my water's been. :)
