Videogame virtuoso at work - a wonderfully different perspective from the usual video recording of such. And here's the score.

Some of the other projects from the
same folks are amusingly geek-cynical deconstructive. Is the 'Prepared Playstation' art? It was exhibited as such, apparently... it's a shame they don't have rom images of '2x2' available, either.

Also, [re]distributions - more geek-cynical conceptual art.

I only watched the first clip you linked to, but it reminded me of a Warhol film. Take that for what you will. :"D

Reminds me of a lot of amateur porn that never quite really reaches a climax. And it lasts long enough to get you embarrassed for watching it. Indeed. 8p

CarnivorePE (http://rhizome.org/carnivore/) is neeeeat.

Their stuff reminds me of J.T. Nimoy (http://jtnimoy.com/)'s work. He was a sort of rock star in the new media department at UCLA where a friend of mine's getting a degree. Balldroppings (http://jtnimoy.com/itp/balldroppings/) is very cool (and was also mentioned on Boing Boing not too long ago for the “live” version mentioned on his front page); hopefully it crashes less on the Mac than it does on Windows.
