I think I'm getting a caffeine withdrawal headache. I ran out of Diet Coke a couple of days ago, and I haven't gotten around to braving the lines at Ralph's (they have it as a loss leader, so I'm willing to buy nothing but several bottles there, because it ultimately hurts them). I've had some from the convenience store, but none today.

Maybe I'll just kick the habit again for a while. I'm not sure. I'm trying to do some wide thinking about the current project at work, getting the whole shape of the embryonic SF show into my head again after it was driven out by the chaos of FD II, and I really don't think a low-grade headache roaming around behind my eye sockets is really helping this goal. There're some big questions about the thing lurking in the back of my head, I can feel them, but they won't coalesce into something I can express, and possibly find answers to.

Guess what. They changed their price from 5 for $4 to 4 for $5, like nobody's going to notice the price per bottle went from 80 cents to $1.25. Ralph's is filth.
