No, this isn't a tarot card. It's the cover for an anthology of fiction that blurs the boundaries between science fiction and fantasy. You're done already now. It's up to someone else to write the submission guidelines and recruit readers for the slushpile.
I can think of someone who's done layout and design work for a sci-fi/fantasy mag (which failed due to no fault of her own) and would eagerly do such again for a competent editor....
