Have you ever heard of Gotan Project (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gotan_Project)? It's a Paris-based band that makes tango dub. They got pretty good distribution so you should be able to find their CDs in any decent record store. All their stuff also happens to be on eMusic (non-DRMed variable-rate MP3s), so you can listen to 30-second snippets.
