Sketch dump part two.

I really like this pretty little ballet-toy thing.

Inspired by some wonderfully cute Chinese cartoons from before every single animator in the East wanted to be Tezuka.

FOXYYYY!!!

I went all Heroic here.

While drawing her right leg, I completely understood how Jack Kirby drew.

Your work is approaching sentience. I swear there's more verve there every time you do a sketch dump. :P

That's a good way to put it and I agree.

I'd been resting on my laurels for part of the past year; in the last few months I've been pushing myself.

As a result I seem to have gained another level. Gotta step back and relax sometimes and let stuff percolate in the back of the head; gotta sit up and work hard at it sometimes.

Unfortunately no - it's been sitting there under my notes for Drowning City. All this craziness is in my sketchbook on my knees. But I am glad to have it!

I've gotten better at visualizing what I'm drawing as I draw it. This means bolder, more confident lines, when things are working. And it means lots of vague noodling when they don't.
