I doodled the one on the left in pen while waiting to have my eyes examined yesterday. I combined this doodle with the other bit, drawn after deciding she looked like someone from a Japanese console RPG - I wanted to do something explicitly parodying that vibe.

Judging from my old glasses and my current perscription, I'm officially Old: the get-farsighted-as-you-age thing is starting to kick in; I'm not as nearsighted as I was a couple years ago when I got my old glasses. The new ones will be less powerful.

Yes, and I'm sure that's what it was meant to convey in the game as well, but it was sort of silly the frequency with witch word bubbles would appear with nothing but ". . ." from this one character, as if lassy like he was trying to tell us something but we just wern't equiped to understand.
