time passes
Jul. 1st, 2008 03:16 pmI got reminded that my birthday is in a few days - I'll be 37 on the 5th. It really hasn't been something I've been thinking about, because most of my long-term planning is focused on the exhibition.
I've gotten a little behind, but things are looking up: I'm all caught up on stuff at work, and am going to be blowing off most of this month except for two or so days for the absolute must-have tweaks. This gives me six days back in the month; I was barely staying on the 'one card every third day' schedule with two days a week at the Museum, so this should mean that I may be able to get all twelve cards left done in the thirty-one days before August. A little into August os okay, but I'd really rather have the whole month for printing and framing. And leisurely doing the remaining six cards for the deck.
If you feel a screaming need to buy me some kind of birthday present (and it's perfectly fine if you don't), the best thing to do is to probably go buy some prints of my cards - I promise to use the proceeds on frivolity!
