Been playing with Audiosurf again, now that the biggest bug ("I can't give you people money!") has been fixed.

So far, the most mind-bending music I've played on it has been Mozart. No, seriously. Techno and rock produces a fairly straight track, with just a few changes in direction - but Symphony #41 ("Jupiter") is the flight path of an acid-dosed butterfly. It played like nothing else I'd tried with this game. Try it out, if you have the game.

Oh yeah, and flamenco guitar tends to produce high-speed pure adrenaline tracks.

(oh, and I log in as 'egypturnash' if you want to put me on your friends list for the game.)

I was browsing Furaffinity the other day, and found a pretty cool meme.

1) Set your iTunes to random.
2) For every song draw a different image to the length of the song. No pausing, stopping, or planning what you're going to draw beforehand.
3) When you're done write down the names so everyone knows where you were coming from.

I cheated a bit, regenerating the playlist a couple times before I did it so I wouldn't have anything that would drive Rik absolutely crazy.

The person I got it from had done it in full color, in some paint program. I chose to just grab a pen and open my sketchbook.

Also, here's something [livejournal.com profile] doctorpinkerton put together. Now you can see Dr. Procyon talking to Dr. Pinkerton in something like the originally-intended context, instead of just one half of the conversation!
