belated friday five
Oct. 4th, 2003 10:56 pmSince everyone i know seems to be doing it this week...
1. What vehicle do you drive?
I ride the bus. I'm broke, and I don't want to get any further into debt than I already am.
2. How long have you had it?
Somehow, this sounds like a social disease... I've been using it to get around the LA area since about, ummm, 1996? 1997? Too damned long.
3. What is the coolest feature on your vehicle?
I was going to say that it's the bus, there's nothing cool about it, but then I remembered: Weird-looking people to draw.
4. What is the most annoying thing about your vehicle?
It's hard to decide. Takes forever to get anywhere, at the mercy of the schedules, the occasional horrible interaction with other bus-riders who take offense at my general freakyness, the large variety of respiratory illnesses I'm exposed to...
5. If money were no object, what vehicle would you be driving right now?
Some kind of long, sleek, streamlined roadster from the twenties or thirties, with its engine removed and replaced by an electric, so it's almost ghost-like in its near silence.
