Knowing that it was just one of those days when I was going to be absolutely unproductive, I blew off work early. The apartment was empty when I got home, but soon after
prickvixen returned from Bob's Big Boy, accompanied by
hatch. Good thing I hadn't taken my pants off yet.
We ended up going to see 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. An unpretentious and entertaining movie. Halfway through my brain seized upon the name of the female lead, Elizabeth, and kept filling in 'Hurley' afterwards. Why? Because "Elizabeth Hurley" is the female lead in Tim Powers' pirate/voodoo novel On Stranger Tides. Other than involving pirates and zombies and a girl named Elizabeth, there's really no relation between the stories.
Now for food.

(It was the delivery that sold it.)
