egypturnashSo here I am in New Orleans. Been here for a couple days, actually; I just didn't feel moved to write anything about it here. I need to get communication happening about this project I'm here for, I need to make some decisions... but I'm just kinda exhausted from the frenzy of Getting Stuff Together before I left. I just sat around reading stuff on my computer.
Maybe tomorrow.
At least I know Rik's recovering from his flu, finally. And I am warm, and not looking at forecasts of snow for a while.
Also, I am feeling like I need some New Input. New artists to groove on, new ideas to rub up against the old ones. New ways to draw.
I've been puttering with a piece of art on and off, these past few days, but it isn't gelling. Sometimes that happens.
Stuff that needs writing and no real desire to do so.
