You got me tough here, Peggy. It's lovely; colors, drawing where again, you manage to wander in and out of form and flatness with a deft wave in a medium which isn't particularly condusive to such AND there's a sense of humor and creepiness in equal amounts. The only things niggling at me are; I don't read this as a cat at all. It says rodent all the way from the segmenty tail to the longish nose, rounded ears and shape of the mouth. This isn't bad, it just doesn't say cat to me. I love the juxtoposition of the flattish tentacle with the rounded teacup, but I wish there'd been a hint of handle or somesuch so the cup didn't look as "tacked on." (That sounds harsher than I'd like it to, but I can't think of another way of saying it.) I also can't figure out the gizmos about her head. Wait...that thing's not a teacup. What a dunce I am. Erf. It's a lovely image, Peggy, delicate and haunting. Pardon the brutish response. :P
