Aug. 8th, 2003 10:52 amThere were others, but they suck. This is from yesterday; I got distracted by answering the various questions people posed.

This one started out with the intent of being a self-portrait - yes, with a blindfold on - but it became something else. It's unclear if those legs and that massive abdomen looming behind her are hers, or belong to someone else; if I take this further, it will remain unclear.
I've been doing a lot of fragmentary self-portraits. I'm not really sure what inner urge is driving this. On the other hand, before I got tired of doing the whole 'furry' thing, I drew Peggy a lot, too. Maybe I'm just an egotist who likes to create idealized images of herself.
I have no idea what the significance of wanting to draw myself wearing a blindfold is. It was just an image that popped into my head.

Date: 2003-08-08 02:20 pm (UTC)I tend to like characters that resemble my own. I still have no idea why this is. Why can't I just appreciate diversity and open my tastes a little bit?
Oh, mind if I steal your questions and answers thingy? Not that anyone will reply, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
