Today I slouched out to Ross and did a little dress shopping.

I don't think anyone gave me a second look as I wandered into the women's dressing room. I got a couple things, tried on more. I think I need to quit worrying about passing and just get on with life.

I really need to get a damn purse soon...

Also, check out some monster-sex art from the thirties. Especially "Nova Venus" and "The Temptation Of St. Anthony". Yummy. I'm tempted to take one or two of these images and do my Illustrator thing... (thanks to eselgeist for the link!)

[ Addendum: Geeze. How color-coordinated can you get: my hair is pink, I'm wearing a dress that's pink/magenta/black, and I'm eating raspberry sorbet. Oh, and my nails are silver-pink, too. And my panties are pink camouflage patterns. How the hell did I get so... matching? ]

That said, I did get questioned about my gender at the swimming pool the other week by a toddler for wearing trunks over my cossy.
