Hmm. Does the grandeur of the sad tale of a stranded ship of VAMPIRATES require widescreen aspect ratios, or is a more traditional 4:3 aspect ratio better suited?

And what the hell is the right pixel size for "widescreen" anyway...

Today I got new sneakers. They are not pretty, but they are closed, and simple, and will be less ugly when I get more entertaining shoelaces for them. Maybe then they won't remind me so much of the shoes Watterson drew on Calvin's feet.

I procrastinated on some storyboarding for myself because I couldn't find the clipboard. Mere minutes after deciding to go to bed and write the day off as mostly a wash, creatively, I found it. I may put off bed a little longer. Dunno. I might make good on my threat to put a collar on one of my boyfriends and take him out for walkies instead.

I toyed with the thought of fucking around with Ruby On Rails just because I can. Slow net made downloading an easy installation package more of a trial than my whim could tolerate.

Anyway, here's some overly-designey crap I drew Friday night and Saturday. About half of it is the start of exploring what vampirates would look like.
