code: auto-bookmarking for comics

I just finished turning my chosen gallery software into a comics backend today. I’d already added in proper date support (out of the box it just stores a text string); it was simple to hide post-dated images from public view. Making the HTML caching code I’d added aware of this was a little more complex. But now, when I get off my damn ass and start this thing, I won’t have to wrangle a separate admin interface for comics and standalone images!

And as a bonus, I implemented a cute little routine to help the casual reader find where they left off. If you want it, here it is…

I AM FULL OF BEES!

Swarm Racer - a very cool little game. It maybe needs a second or third mechanic on top of it to really be cool, but controlling a swarm of bees is unique enough to be worth a few minutes! (Mac and Windows versions.) Besides, it's free.
