dream fragment

I just read a book in my dreams called "Secrets of Great Network Design'. Despite its title, it was actually a book about algorithms and programming. (Its title may have been something else; the words are writhing in my head as I write this.)
Unlike most books in dreams, it was eminently sensible and readable. English text. Thin, but packed full of goodness - the kind of reference text that you keep handy. Simple staple-bound, though I remember noticing being on page 100 or so. Lots of little nuggets of code and theory, with a conversational tone. Of course, none of the content made it out of dreamland.
There was also a dreamed commercial for a "Network Defender", which seemed to be a device that "defends" your wireless network against intruders and freeloaders by lowering its power, so these handy nuggets of code were probably pretty worthless..
